I have a baby zone car seat for my 4 yr old niece but I've managed to lose the black back over from it - I still have the head bit and seat cover and the liner but the bit that goes against the hard plastic back I've lost. Does anyone know how or where I can quickly/urgently get a new bit to go on the back please?

I'm a bit confused which bit you mean. Is it part of the padding or part of the seat itself? Do you have a link to a picture of the car seat (e.g. in an online shop) and the seat that you have with the piece missing? It's not really clear from what you've said whether it would be safe to use the seat without it, and I'm not familiar with the model.

Could her parents lend you her normal car seat until you find the missing part? Otherwise for a 4yo you could pick up a Joie Trillo Ecco for £25 in Halfords, or the Harmony one in Asda for about £20. Those are decent quality but cheap high backed boosters which will last your niece for a good few years yet - if you need to replace the whole thing. :)

It's the cushioned back bit so the seats still usable it's jsut the cushioned back that I've lost. See the pics. The seat is safe to use without it just uncomfortable for her ladyship
