Help please.
My sister needs a second stage car seat for her baby who has just turned a year old.
They live abroad & don't own a car, but need a seat for occasional use.
It will be used is a variety of cars ( friends & taxis ) and they live in an 8th floor flat so needs to be a light as possible for transportation.
She's also thinking of getting one that grows with him though the stages. Any recommendations please?
