Head flopping forward

My four year old has just turned ff. He's in a diono radian 5 car seat. He loves it until he falls asleep and his head flops forward!! Does anyone know of a gadget or pillow that stops this? We've tried a travel neck pillow but his head just falls forward still.

Trunki do a neck pillow that "joins" together at the front with a magnet and so gives some support under the chin. I bought one for my DD when she moved out of her baby seat into a ERF seat. However after a few trips she stopped flopping and so we never really used it. Maybe your son will get used to it after a few trips?
