I bought a safety first smooth ride travel system for my first child. I absolutely love it but I was wondering if anyone out there has had a problem with the base and car seat being loose. I have them in correctly, even took it to toys r us for them to look at. They even said I had it all in correct. However, I've looked at my sisters car seat and other brands and none of there's are as loose in the base and none of them are able to pick up bottom of base after it's securely in the car. I emailed the company but no one has yet to reply. I'm not sure if it's how they make the car seat or if there is actually something wrong. It just seems to me to be very loose, I feel like it is kind of unsafe. Does any one else have this problem?
