Cybex Cloud Q adapters?

I'm looking into getting a Cybex Cloud Q for my 3 month old DS. However I have a Silver Cross Wayfarer...does anyone know if the Maxi Cosi car seat adapters for the Wayfarer work with the Cybex?

The Cloud Q Looks like it's not compatible with the wayfarer I'm afraid!

Damn...I heard someone say they used the maxi cosi adapters with their icandy so I thought maybe the Wayfarer maxi cosi adapter would work the same way

I suppose it would be worth calling into a store that sells them and checking?
