Car seat and accident.

Just looking for advice really. A friend drove into the back of my car. We are all OK if not a little sore. I have gone through insurance for the repairs..I am right to be requesting a new car seat I presume?

I had a very very very minor car accident (scraped a gatepost at about 5mph) and my insurers offered to replace all of my car seats without me asking, so I'd be surprised if yours doesn't. (I declined)

They didn't offer but said it was fine when I asked. They did ask how he was though which I appreciated. thanks for the confirmation.

My friend asked to keep the old carseat which I was a bit at!!
