Wwyd for dc2?

DD2 is 10wo and I am counting down the days until I can stop using our infant car seat, I hate it.

DD1 is 26m and has a Cybex Sirona rf in my car and a Kiddy ff seat in DH's car.

I don't like the thought of DD1 being ff all the time, and would like to buy another Cybex, but realistically she's only going to have another 12m in the Cybex when DD2 can start using it. I can't justify £375 for 12m!

Would you go for cheaper ERF or expensive ff?

Title is misleading, dd2 will go in the Cybex. Tis DD1 who will get a new seat!

I'd get a 25kgs rear facing seat so that your DD1 can stay RF for as long as possible.

Then when DD1 is old enough for a high backed booster DD2 can have the 25kgs seat.

Is the Sirona suitable from birth? If so you could just buy a 25kgs seat now and stop using the infant carrier that you don't like.
