Having major problems with booster seat

The high back booster seems to topple over when I go round a corner. I don't know what to do. Its not like I'm taking them too quickly or anything, it just seems to slide.IYKWIM. Any advice? My DTS's seat doesn't do it just DTD. I even wondered if she was at it but it happens when she is asleep too.

What high backed booster do you have, and what are your vehicle's seats like?

Some boosters, like the Graco ones, are quite wide and flat on the bottom which might make them more prone to sliding about. And if your car's seats are quite flat, as opposed to being contoured, that's going to let the booster slide around too.

I have Britax Adventure high backed boosters (and a Britax Kidfix one too, which can't move because it has ISOFIX). They are quite narrow at the base and have a curved back and they have been a good match for the shape of the seats in our old Renault Scenic and the Peugeot 5008 that we have now. They have never slid around.
