Car seats advice for three aged three and under

Help! I have a boy who has just turned three, and one who is 15 months. We have a new baby due in June and I have no idea how to fit three kids in the back.
We each have two cars, vw polo and a mercedes c class. We have a maxi cosi pebble, a pearl, a cybex sirona and another maxi cosi but the name fails me at the moment.
Do I need new small seats, can I squeeze a booster in the middle or in the front? Where do I sit when we go out together (which is often)?
How can I make it work? Starting to panic!
Thanks in advance.

It'd probably be easier to keep your car seats and swap the car!

You could have the oldest in a forward facing seat (is that the pearl?) in the front but I wouldn't like to do that. Don't put him in a booster, he's far too young. Then the babies RF in the back. The other adult would then need to squeeze in the middle or take oldest in a different car if you're all going out together.

You can get some seat/car combinations to fit 3 in the back though.

Can you? I've searched but perhaps can't see the wood for the trees!

Agree about swapping cars!
Do you reckon an adult could squeeze into back?
Also, I need to move 15 month old into ff car so need to get a new seat anyway(I think).

Following. I heard the ford S max fits 3, maybe one of the Picasso cars too

XC90 fits 3 in the back. You'll get a bargain on the old model at the moment.

I think you will lose the swivel on the Sirona with 3 in the back.

Why do you need to put the 15ff?

I think you will end up with the infant carrier in the front (disabled airbag) and the two toddler seats in the backs.
