isofix base moves side to side

We've just bought a BeSafe Isi Go with the isofix base and had it fitted by the shop, however the isofix base moves side to side when you shake it. Surely it shouldn't do this?

Have tried to search the web, but apart from lots of information about how important it is to fit car seats correctly, i can't find any detailed information. I have read the 10 point Which guide... which again didn't tell me much.
Anyone any thoughts?

Hmm - having had the Izi Combi X3 and now on the Izi Plus (both Isofix) while there is a slight movement, I wouldn't say either wobbled per se - are the indicator sections on the bars fully green?

It's because the isofix bars are say an inch wide and your base fixings are half an inch wide so there will be some movement. It's so any isofix seats will fit on the bars. Don't worry.
