Extended rear facing group 1 seat for tall 1 year old?

Hi folks....really keen to keep my baby gilt rear facing for as long as possible but she is a tall girl (in 95th percentile for height) and I wondered if anyone could recommend a good ERF seat for taller toddlers? Thanks

My ds is 98th centile for height at 14 months. We have the Joie Stages seat and he has plenty of room rear facing.

The Klippan Triofix has an adjustable back/headrest and erf to 18kg.

Britax Two Way Elite is great for ta children plus it can be RF up to 25kg too which is excellent. I DS would have been FF too early (for me) in one which only went upto 18kg. We just moved DS FF at 4.11yr and around 116cm and he is now using FF using harness. love this seat.

I would recommend the triofix. The new reclining model is great. Because it converts to a booster later on, the headrest can go really high up.

Both seem a good choice for tall children.

We have a 2 way Elite. I'm 5'8" and DH is 6'6" so DD was never going to be short!! We got it when she was 13m (she's tall but only 25th centile for weight, so had to wait for her to meet the weight criteria) and she was rear facing till 4.6, I only turned her round this summer.

I bought ours from here and it arrived in 2 days flat.

I'm looking at the Axkid minikid which has a tall shell and rear faces until 25kg.

Good choice teapleasebob. Axkid and britax TWE have biggest shells. Alsp get one that rf til 25kg
