Car seat for middle seat

I'm looking for a car seat for my 17 month old that works in the middle seat of our car.

We have a Vw touran and the car seat needs to sit between a Kiddy Guardianfix Pro and a Besafe Izi Combi. I was going to buy another Kiddy Guardian Pro, but I think fastening the seatbelts will be quite tricky as it's a tight fit. So I was thinking of getting a seat with a 5 point harness, but I have no clue about which one to get. Are there any other seats, that are narrow and have a five point harness that are comparable in safety to the BeSafe or the Kiddy?

Thank you!

It must be possible - try Googling car seats suitable for airplanes, as they're generally narrow. Just a thought as a fellow touran driver, would moving the middle seat forward make it easier to fit your preferred seat? I know I've made 3 booster type seats work better that way.

Thank you. I'd forgotten that the seats move it the back! That might make a difference to fastening the belts, so I could get a Kiddy after all. I'll have a play around.
