Does anyone else have any issues with the Jane Matrix Light 2 car seat? We are now on our second one. The first was returned due to the harness straps rucking up in the back of the seat making it almost impossible to tighten with the bottom strap. It can be done with a lot of pulling but there is always the concern that the straps will come free and instantly tighten far too much on our lo. After a lot of arguing and pain at the shop they refunded us and we purchased it elsewhere. We are now having exactly the same issues and now assume this is a design fault. Can anyone please say if they are having the same problem as we do not believe this is a safe seat to be used. We have now purchased the maxi cosi 2 way pearl and can strap our lo in comfortably and easily.
