I need a new car seat for my 19mo daughter, she's about average sized for her age. We don't have a car, so it will only be used infrequently locally but do tend to travel overseas at least once or twice a year, so want one that is lightweight / portable that can easily be put in a taxi or hire car. So one that must have a base is definitely out.
I have been looking at the combined ones for groups 1/2/3 but happy to get just a group 1 seat.
