Baby seats in 2 door Rav4

Hi,
I have a 2 door Rav4, so it has two fold down seats in the back. Does anyone know if you can use a baby seat in the fold down chairs? My front fixed seat has a passenger airbag, which I don't want to disable as my car insurers will invalidate my insurance.

I used to have my baby seat in my old R reg Mark 1 RAV. I transferred it to a Mark 2 reg with no trouble.

They don't make the short wheel base 2 door anymore. How is yours? I'd love another one.
