Has anyone put a 4 year old in a Britax Dualfix?

I'm about to buy a Dualfix as a second ERF seat (for my parents' cars - they frequently babysit my 18mo). I just wanted to double check that it's definitely large enough for a 4yo? My DM's car is too compact for a BeSafe, and I think a BeSafe would be too fiddly to install and then uninstall multiple times a week. I'm looking for a little reassurance that if I buy the Dualfix it will definitely take my DD through until she's tall/heavy enough for a Group 2 seat? Has anyone actually put a 4yo in a Dualfix?

Thanks in advance for any comments!

I doubt it to be honest! Look at an axkid mini or twe. Bigger shell height wise.

Thanks lagoon. I have looked at all a lot of ERF car seats and I've settled on the Dualfix for numerous reasons. However if it's not going to last until DD reaches 15kg then I'll have to re-assess. (Mothercare is now out of stock, so my attempt to buy it on Saturday was a failure! Waiting for it to come back into stock now.)

Is there anyone out there who's using a Dualfix for a 3 or 4 year old? Or tried out a Dualfix in a shop with a 3 or 4 yo? I'd really appreciate any firsthand experiences!

If you search for Securatot on fb there's a photo there of a 3yo in a Dualfix. I've got one (and I love it Smile) but dd2 is only 15mo and tiny so I can't really answer your original question sorry (dd1 is 5 and too heavy).

Thanks Amandine! That pic is EXACTLY what I've been searching for! It's a little disappointing her head is clearly so far over the top of the seat, but the messages below say she's 18kg so she could qualify for a group 2 seat now (although obviously it would be preferable for her to rf for longer).

Serious food for thought!

Dd is 3.6 and I can't see our dual fix lasting her much longer. She's is small too, only 91cm and under 14kg. We've got the headrest as high as it will go, but next time she has a growth spurt she will outgrow it.

God knows what we'll do then, because I doubt she'll be heavy enough for a hbb...
