Hi, I thought I'd post this to make sure people are aware:

Apparently seats bought from Mothercare should be ok but if you have a Stages from Toys R Us or Halfords you need to check the date code against the above link and return it if needed for a refund or exchange.

anyone know what a harness tensioning lock is?

and is anyone else affected? are you going for refund or replacement and if refund what else will you get?

this was to be our second seat. I am not sure whether to get another or not. not all reviews are positive.. hmmm
