Can I get a HBB with a five point harness?

I've got a very tall toddler and I think he's about to come out of our group one car seat.

Is there a HBB that has a five point harness, I just feel he's too little for a seat belt. Thanks.

any of the multi stage ones thhat are a 5 point then use thhe eatbelt after you take harness off.
