recommendations on next stage seat.

My ds is 34 months and approaching 18kg so his current seat will soon not be suitable. I need to buy two seats (one for each car).

What would you recommend?
I have been looking at britax kidfix and maxi cosi rodi (or rodifix). Does anyone have these seats? Are there any others I should consider?

My dd (6) has a Kidfix and we've always been happy with it.

Hi pizzaqueen, I'm interested in which car seat you went for? I too have a very tall 34 month old who's head is sticking up above the car seat in his dads car (still ok in my one though) :)
