Hi, My wife is expecting our first baby in July and we have trouble deciding on a travel system/pushchair combo as we travel in the car alot.

But we're having difficulties choosing an appropriate system as either it's too big or too heavy.. Which one would suggest that I should look out for .. the pushchair being heavy doesn't matter - but the car seat would need to be easy to carry for my wife as she's petite..

Any suggestions please?

Thanks

Tbh all the infant cat seats get very heavy as the baby grows.
Have a look on ebay for a "baby wheeleasy" which is a trolley to attach to the infant seat so you can wheel it along like a suitcase. Perfect for popping into shop or doctors etc when you don't want to get the pram chassis out the car.
I say ebay as I don't think you can buy them new anymore - not sure why though as they are genius!

All car seats are heavy when you get a baby in them!
We've always used maxi cosi.
