Maxi cosi easy base

My friend has one in her car in the middle seat which had just a lap belt. The seat is secured by the belt not isofix!

Is this safe?

it is only supposed to be used with a 3-point belt so no it is not safe to use it with a lap belt

Yes not suitable with a lapbelt
