Newborn insert -How long are they supposed to be used ?

Do you mean the head hugger bit? Check the instructions - I think it's until they can hold their head up.

Still using it here at 6 months. She is not a small baby but I don't want to remove it until she is obviously too big for it. If it supports her head a bit more then that is good in my book. I took the wedgy bit out ages ago however, I cant remember when.
