ERF seats and blind spots?

Hi, started a thread yesterday but have another more unrelated question.

We have ordered a Recaro Polaric but it hasnt arrived yet. They look pretty massive but that is fine, but I am worried that if it is behind the passegner seat then I wont be able to see out the back passenger window on the left (eg. if I have overtaken and then want to check all is clear before going back into the left hand lane iyswim).

Can anyone with a Polaric shed any light on this? Is there a blind spot? Is it better to put the car seat behind the driver or is it safer to go behind the passenger seat?

TIA

we have a besafe izi combi behind the passenger seat and yes, it does cut down on visibility a bit.
to start with I found it a bit odd because when I would look round all I would see was the seat, but now I'm used to it and can look over the seat to the bit of window i can still see out of. combined with the mirror it's fine

Thanks guys. Yes, I am hoping that I will just get used to driving it with the big seat in the back!
