DH's car is only 3 doors, and as it turns out is near impossible to get a ERF in the back.

So can anyone recommend a forward facer? DD is 2.2, but a tiddler at 12kg and 81cm.

It will only be short journeys, as we've still got the Izi Combi in my car, but it's becoming increasingly important to be able to take turns picking up/dropping at childcare and we need two cars for that.

Hi have you tried the twe? I've used mine in loads of 3 door cars. If not a cheap britax or I had maxi cosi priori sps seats before I found out about rf seats and was always happy with them.

:)

I can't find the twe for sale anywhere near us, or at least somewhere that won't mean an entire day out to try it.

When she was still in her cabriofix, that was behind the passenger seat, with DH clambering in from behind the driver's side. She's just too wriggly to consider that now, which is partly the reason we've written off RF now.

She's in a Priori in MIL's car, so that's a possibility. And, actually my parents have a Britax Eclipse that she seems reasonably happy with. Just thought I'd get ideas for other options/recommendations.

I've also been so far unconvinced by the kiddy seats, but I've been looking at them. Still not sure how secure they are in the car, or how comfortable they'd be - they look very hot!

Onetwo - I remember you've said that before when we were starting to look for seats for DH's car Grin (not a stalker). I think because it's only going to be for short journeys with quick turnarounds, and not her main seat, it's just not going to be practical to have her RF in his car Sad [resigned to it]
