Advice on RF please

Hello, I need to get the next stage car seat for my DD, I am convinced by what I've read on here that keeping her RF is best, but don't know where to start. Also, I keep reading about people going to Milton Keynes for advice and fitting. We could do a trip there but where are you all going? Thanks!

I think it is called the In Car Safety Centre in Milton Keynes, there is also Securatot in Swindon (where I got my seats) here as a list of stockists, you can also ring InCar and they will give you some advice on what might fit before you travel down to see them.
