Mothercare Malmo car seat

Hi guys,
Have just bought a Malmo car seat from mothercare and it doesn't seem to come with any instructions other than the silly little picture printed on the front??? Can anyone help? We are due to travel over 100 miles this evening and need it fitted properly.
May have to go back to the store but thought I'd ask you all first.

Mothercare has all the car seat instruction guides it sells on the website. Is this the one you need?

The instructions are under the fabric that the child would sit on. Small white book there. Just lift the fabric from the base and you should find them.
