head hugger - how long and does it maatter which one?

We got the car seat from a cousin, but they lost the head hugger. Now we want to buy a new one, but not certain which one. We can get an 'official' graco one, but this seems to be pretty polyesterish. Is it useful to have a head hugger in a natural fabric and if so, which one would you recommend (nearly all that I see are polyester)?

I'm guessing you want natural so head doesn't get too hot and sweaty. To be honest though I doubt it'd make that much difference for the short time the baby will need it, unless you have the heating in the car full on.
