I am looking to buy a rear facing car seat for my DS, he's in a rearfacing Maxi Cosi seat which goes from birth to about 9kgs or so, but DH and I want him to stay rear facing for as long as possible.
Although he's not outgrown his seat yet I am going on holiday with him at the end of the month, driving down to the London area and there seems to be more retailers which sell rear facing seats in the Midlands/South of England, so I want to take the opportunity to get advice and the seat fitted whilst I am there.
Anyway, does anyone have any recommendations of retailers who I should visit? I'm based in Perthshire so I won't have a chance to get back down South possibly for years. There doesn't really seem to be anyone in my area who could assist. I really don't mind travelling to the right place, but I want to make sure I get the right seat and don't have to have it posted or couriered if possible so that there is less chance of damage being done.
