Head falling forwards in TWE?

We have just moved 15 month old DD into the britax TWE rearfacing.

She seems pretty happy in it but when she falls asleep, her head frequently falls forwards and looks really uncomfy. We have it as reclined as you are allowed to go (only 40 degrees) and also have the additional head support which doesn't seem to help much.

Has anyone else had this problem? What did you do about it?

I've looked at the trunki yondi head huggers but the reviews are poor and not sure they'd actually work. Help!

Check the angle of the recline and the 'foot' of the seat. The foot was under the seat for the relcine for DS, I don't recall his head falling forward, it does now that he is in the upright position. Removing the head support might help as well and give a bit more room for her to put her head.

There are two positions for the twe - with the 'foot' under the actual back seat of car and with it on the seat, both shown in the instructions. With it on the seat then the twe is properly reclined (and supported by the front seat(s)) Ds has been in his in this position since about 15mths and used to sleep really well. Now he's 3 he doesn't really sleep much and needs more room for his legs so I'm going to move it to the 'foot under seat' position

We fitted it with the metal foot underneath the TWE, rather than between it and the back rest of the back seat - as shown on the instructions and the video.
I'm confident it's fitted as it should be but her head does tend to loll forwards when she's asleep.

Hmmm, think I will try folding the flippy head rest cushion over the back of the seat to make sure this isn't pushing her head forwards.
