Quick Q about TWE and size

My husband has gone to work with DD's highback booster in his car. We have to go out after school and then only car seat I have that might fit is her Britax TWE. However, I'm not sure whether she'll still fit it height wise. At what point is the TWE going to be too small for her...is it the top of head, though judging by where the shoulder straps holes are, she'd have to have a 10cm head...or is it when her ears are in line with the top of the seat?

PS This is for forward facing not rear.

many thanks

Quick update- DD was fine in the TWE, it still fitted her nicely and she was happy. We've now installed it into one of our cars for her to use. She's 7 now and still very happy to be harnessed in.
