I gave the straps their usual firm tug this morning and one of them failed to move and secure my dd. On investigating the top of the strap has come completely unattached from the main body of the seat. It looks as though it should loop onto a pin but all the workings look to be behind the seat and there is nothing in the manual or online faqs about how to get to it. Sorry if I'm not describing it terribly well, but I've never had to worry about the inner workings of a car seat before! Has this happened to anyone else or should I get on to Dorel?
