Britax 2-way Elite -How to fit?!?!

So I ordered it and it has arrived. I looked on the video and it seemed to be really easy to fit but apparently it is beyond me!

I can't get the tethers round the bar at the base. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong please.

Thanks

You just put the seat as far forward as it goes, then put the loop behind/through the bar and the other end of the tether through the loop.

It is a bit of a gaff, but you only have to do it once!

Ok, done it now - thanks!

Unfortunately I will have to move the tethers as I want to try it in my parent's car before I get them one - what a pain.

Another question for you if you don't mind - does it only have 2 reclined angles? Ie 40 degrees or 10 degrees or are there more in between if you see what I mean?

If you can't get the tethers on the seat runners (the bars that the seat moves back and forward on) then you can fix them on the drivers/passengers seat it self.

Our runners won't take the tethers so DH looped them round the hinges on either side of the bight - this worked for having tethered seats on all three of the back seats (if you have a tethered seat in the middle you have one tether on the passenger seat and one on the driver's).

the recline on it will depend how much space you have, basically.

i guess if you wanted it more/less reclined then you could move the front seat forwards/backwards if you see what I mean?

Where did you get your from? I want to keep DD rear facing as long as possible but can only find a Swedish site priced in Euros selling them. Thanks
