Maxi Cosi - are the adaptors universal please??

I've just bought a Bugaboo Cameleon and am not really fussed about putting the car seat on the buggy, but a friend is selling her car seat, iso fix base and adaptors. She had Quinny Buzz, will I be able to use the adaptors on the Bug please?

But you could buy the adaptors you require as a spare part. If you google it there are a few shops that have Bug spare parts but I can't remember the name of the company I used.
