so DD is 22 months and in a besafe in my car and a britax first class in DH's. She weighs not quite 9kg (2nd centile) the britax is RF to 12kg the besafe to 18kg. According to the centile charts she'll be 12kg at aged about 5 and 18kg at 8yrs old. Clearly this is ages away but will any child tolorate EFR past 5/6yrs old? surely she'll be a laughing stock with her friends (clearly teasing better than dead in a crash though) anyone else been here with a midget baby?

Sorry to throw a spanner in the works but the FC is rf to 13kg Grin

DD1 is 20m (was 9.8kg at 18m) and is my smallest yet by height and weight so will probably rf until 4 or 5 at the earliest. DD1 rf until 4.2/4.3 (can't remeber exactly) and she is pretty tall though not especially heavy at about 19kg when we turned her around. DD2 is also rfing at 3.7y/o 105cm/16kg.

i can't believe how diddy your babies are!!!

ds3 was 9kg at 5 months Shock big fatty lol

He he yesterday, DS (our only child at the mo) was also 9kg at 5 months!!

TruthSweet · 17/06/2011 20:04

DD3 can still wear some 3-6m clothes! Though she does need 12m ones for the length Hmm

If she's in a romper/sun suit rather than 'proper' clothes she looks about 8m old so I get some funny looks when she's running about!

tigermummy35 · 17/06/2011 21:37

I have the opposite problem, people look at DS and think he should be running around. I have to point out he's only 7 months, but wearing a range of 9-12 and 12-18 months clothing!!

ahh well ds1 was walking at 8.5 months (and was big and tall for his age), so we had the problem of people treating him much older than he was and wondering why he didn't talk to them/do what they said
