Brittax isofix and a rattle ...

We have a brittax baby safe shr with the isofix base, when attached to the base and driving around the seat rattles. It is attached to the base correctly but it seems loose.

Does anyone else have this problem? Should the fit of the seat to the base be more stable?

We bought the car seat and the base from 2 different places so if there is a problem, is it the base or the car seat?
