The strap disappears through the shoulder bit and down into the back of the seat - anyone know how to get to the bit where it should hook on?
There are some red levery things held on by red clips - I have unclipped the red clips and the red levers flop forward, but that's not much use :o
Just want to understand what's happened so I know if it's fixable or new straps / new seat time!
