Hi, I was just wondering if anyone knows when the newborn insert can be removed from the seat?

DD is nearly 7 weeks and weighed 12lb (5.4kg) last Wednesday and she looks very scrunched up in it. Do you think it would be safe to remove the cushion and keep the head hugger? I can't find the instructions at the moment Blush

I removed mine when DD started looking uncomfortable. I didn't wait until she was any particular size.

I can't remember how old mine were when I removed it but it was when they no longer did the curl up thing and looked they needed the space. You can always put it back in if you change your mind!
