there isn't one that will go over the straps on a car seat. there is one that will go over the seatbelt buckle... is that what you mean?

For the actual carseat, not the ordinary belt

you can get these for the seatbelt

afaik there is not one that will stop her opening the harness on her actual seat though.
it could potentially prevent anyone getting her out quickly in an accident on something

this is the only thing I can think of??
