Vin 3 (precancer of vulva) immunotherapy treatment

Looking for advice started imiquimod cream with local anesthesia cream for precancer of the vulva... after 3 day off treatment headache, nausea, sore throat. Dizzy, aches and pains anyone experienced or know if this is normal

So sorry you're going through this op, horrible.I had VIN 3 ten years ago. I wasn't offered local anaesthetic and the Imiquod/ Aldara was just intolerable for me. I persevered for a week then my consultant insisted I needed surgery. Just 2 weeks later I had a Wide Local Excision. Done and dusted. I was shocked at how few people know of this condition! I wince when I see posters on MN with sore/ white/ bumpy patches and so many people recommending estrogen creams etc.
