booking ahead for forest holidays sites...

just wondering whether these places tend to get booked up during the weekends in the summer school hols?
also which site did you prefer? from what i can find out there doesnt seem to be much difference between them (we need one with toilets/showers).

Yes they do, very musch so.

There are differences between sites absolutely- personally I like Hollands Wood and Christchurch / Bracelands but we really didn't go for Holmsley. We're off to beddgelert next month.

We were almost going to go to beddgelert - just too far to drive for the time we have - another year - looks lovely!

We're big fans of Hollands Wood too - beautiful setting and very child friendly. Yes, do book up in advance if you can - very easy to do on-line
