Hi,

Since anywhere else has been widely discredited i turn to MN for the source of all knowledge to do with everything campsites.

We have found two campsite so far, both on or nr the Welsh borders that will take three large dogs but would like to go further afield. Does anyone know of any nice, quiet campsites (we're not really into the ones with holiday camp type facilities....pubs are good though ) that allow this?

TIA...

We were at Drumroamin in Dumfries and Galloway a few weeks ago.

It's lovely and quiet and there were quite a few dogs there.

Thankyou they both look lovely...although i'm not sure my old caravan would make it up to Scotland in one piece....but we have tents too so will keep 'on file'.
Thanks again ...

I took 3 dogs here last summer, no charge for dogs and a huge beach right next to the camp site, where you can let the dogs off the lead.
Could not fault this lovely camp site, new shower and loo block and small, quiet cafe only open in the day. Went last August and found it a nice peaceful place and no noise at night, apart from the cows in the next field!

also believe these will take 3 dogs, and here too.

Thankyou Lovesdogsandcats - the one at Morecambe Bay in particular looks lovely...
