Outwell Montana 6 from Gaynors

Just noticed that Gaynors sports are selling the Outwell Montana 6 for £269.99 - which is a fab discount...thought I did well getting ours for £320 last month!

I've been eyeing up the hi gear corado 6, which is copied from the montana, but now I'm torn! lol!

The hi gear looks good - does it have a built in awning type thing? If so, that's probably a better idea - I'm just about to spend a further £100 plus on an extension to give us somewhere to cook. DH would never have agreed to the montana if he'd known about all the extras I'd 'need'

That's the reason I'm still leaning towards the hi gear.

The awning bit in the pic on Go outdoors is attached - which is ideal, as the price you've pointed out is good but I'd insist on an awning type thing as well which would bump it higher. I like the straight 'square' design of the higear too ... I'm not so keen on how the Outwells slope back! Cuts into your living space!

Apparently this time last year the Corado 6 was £249... I'm holding out for it!

I was so glad I read this discussion last night. We've been looking at the montana for about 18 months and its just seemed so much money to spend. The gaynors' price was amazing so we bought one last night.

All I have to do is persuade my dp to come camping
