Help - Campsite Needed for this weekend - either Dorset or Shropshire!

We're looking to camp this weekend for our first trip as a family - DD is 2.

We know we've left it a little late, but does anyone know of any good sites in Dorset - within a 20 min drive from sea?

Alternatively, we need a site in Shropshire or Cheshire around a 30 min drive from just north of Market Drayton?

Somewhere quiet would be fab - as long as it has clean showers and toilets - nothing fancy required.

Thanks

Which 'side' of Dorset?
Our favourite site is Golden Cap right on a pebbly beach, pub (with ice creams for dd) serves really good sea food. I seriously could live there, it's our favourite area of the country.
Wish I was there now

If you want sand though then you'll need to head Weymouth way.

Thanks Lucycat - I have just looked but i think Golden Cap only takes tents from July - it doesn't give prices until then

We're really not fussed about sand - just some nice walks really.

Graston Copse and Sandyholme look like nice areas, but are these really big noisy caravan parks does anyone know? We would like something quiet.

Looks a great location though.

Middle Woodbatch Farm, Shropshire. Lovely and quiet, nice clean loos and showers, which are adjacent to farmhouse. Owners are very friendly and helpful. Towed our car up the hill when we got stuck after a lot of rain, and didn't even tell us we were twats.

They do take tents - we camped there at Whit - they just open another really basic field called Area 9 in high season but the main camping field will be open this weekend - definately.
this is the view from reception to the sea

the prices are here

I'm not bullying you into going - honest!!
The walks along the cliff are sunning and if dd is in a backpack then they aren't too strenuous either!

Ooh thanks for these links.
Lucycat - I'm happy to be bullied if the campsite looks like that!!!

now which to choose... - visiting relatives or a trip to the beach in nice weather...
