anyone been to Aldi today??

I got there at 9.15am (they open at 9am) and there was loads of people there. Camping tables all gone
Managed to get everything else though

Yes, I was there!!! I got a stove, sleeping bags, inflatable matresses, remote control lanterns and torches!

Feeling very pleased with self

haven't been to Aldi, but got 2 folding camping chairs ( with arms and drinks holder) for a fiver each from Morrisons. Bargain.

the foam mats are brilliant got them for the awning last year got to go back and get some more.

even though ALDI is five minutes walk fromme i only managed to get there this morning - I have purchased a sleeping bag and self inflating mattress which is very comfortable !! Also got a penguin dynamo torch for DD. This morning DH went to Robert Dyas and came back with a wind up lantern for £10 Dd has made a tent under the table and is reading Angelina Ballerina with it !!

I got 2 self inflating mats, an led hanging light thing, a pair of croc type shoes, a penguin torch [ thats what you get if you take the kids] and a partridge in a pear tree. LOL.

i was in ours on thursday and saw all the camping stuff. i already have everything we need so didn 't buy anything though!
did look at the tables, but i would prefer one with chairs/stools included. felt nice and light though

well having used the brought items i can confirm they are all fab
Remote control lights are great, kids touches are fun and mat where most wonderful things ever.
I really need an awning cupboard thingy now
