Hi de Hi campers! I'm looking for a campsite, in the NORTH of England, pref near some good fly fishing - any tips?

OK, I'm not big on campsites, but if you push a bit further north to the Scottish Borders you'd be near the Tweed for fly fishing. Hang about and I'll consult my cool camping book.

It does. Haven't been there, mind, but Dumfries and Galloway is lovely - very quiet and peaceful and very beautiful.

i second the borders or dumfries adn galloway.

this place is great but the showers and loos are not kept v. clean

we've stayed here, near Jedburgh www.jedwater.co.uk and it has a river so I'm guessing there'll be fish...?
