I'm trying to book a weekend camping trip somewhere in the South East (Kent ideal, but can go a little further), and asking for the (almost?) impossible: Any campsites that are similar to Blackberry Wood?
I loved BW because of the privacy, the feeling of being "in the middle of nowhere", the back to basics setup.
We're going to Welsummer for a week already, but something in that line.
Someone (I think Doozle?) mentioned Woodland Farm near Canterbury once - would you (Doozle or if anyone else has been) mind telling me a little more about it or any other places you've been?
It would be 2 adults and a toddler, so I'm not fussed about any "organised" entertainment etc - to be honest, the more basic the better.
