So my fantasy tent is the Wolf Lake 7

but there is no way I can fork out nearly a grand on a tent.

Second on my desire list is an Outwell Arkansas 7, although that's a bit steep too. I could possibly find the money though.

What I need is a 7/8 berth tunnel tent, in the vein of my wish list, with solid poles (most important to DH). Preferably a SIG.

Anyone know of anything a little less expensive that I might be able to get for us this year?

Have a look at Skandika tents

I would recommend these. We have one, not with a SIG though. They are really good quality and personally I thought it didn't look too shabby next to an Outwell!

Must admit a little worried about bendy poles, but Skandika looks like a good one to look at!
