After a fab time near Bordeaux last year I have convinced DH to go back to France this year. I am interested in going to the Ile D'oleron area but after hours of trawling the web I'm still no nearer finding a site that jumps out at me.
We like quiet sites, fairly small with no major operators, no clubhouse, no OTT entertainment etc. The smaller the better, but not too far from a nice beach for the kids.
Anyone got any personal recommendations?
