Where can I see tents in real life that's close to London?

We decided last year we needed a new tent and freecycled our old one so now we don't have one and we have to buy another one or not go camping.

I keep looking at tents but we can't decide and think it would be good if we could see them and compare in real life rather than on the internet.

We live in SE london does anyone know the nearest/easiest to get to tent show room?

there's a big outdoor shop in the Nugent Retail Park in Orpington which I believe has tents set up to look at.

decathlon - there is one at Surrey Quays and another at Lakeside

Does decathlon have a wide range of tents? I want to look at 6 bed outwells and vangos etc

PJ Camping in Collier Row, near Romford. Large number of erected tents, really nice helpful, unbiased staff and lots of tent porn to keep you going for yonks...enjoy!

skcamping is not far from the south side of the M25 - was recommended to us by a mumsnetter and they did have lots of larger tents pitched (we went in August, though). We bought a Vango Orchy in the end.

I'd go with Decathlon. We bought our tent from them! They are also very good at taking tents back (if you have a good reason!)
