Can anyone recommend a campsite in the Peak District please?

Not planning on going quite yet but come the spring we will be desperate to get out. Dd is 3 and we are all seasoned campers just haven't been to the peaks since before she was born.

Which area? What sort of site are you looking for? There are some bigger ones near buxton if that is your thing? or some lovely small ones in Edale.

Fieldhead in Edale is lovely but it's a no cars site so if you have lots of stuff then maybe not!

Lucycat - we don't mind where, DH and I used to climb alot in the peaks, I like the idea close to of being close to rock even if I won't be climbing (baby due late May).

or even - I like the idea of being close to rock.
